General conditions and privacy policy
-All prices are inclusive of VAT;
-Visits and tastings are available only by reservation and with the indicated restrictions. Other customizations or requests for times outside of the scheduled ones can only be accommodated subject to availability, which will be verified and confirmed by the undersigned (Le Volpere di De Rosso Luca e Matteo) upon receipt of a request email from the customer at visitevolpere.it
-The reservation is to be considered confirmed only after the communication sent by our systems to the email indicated during the booking process.
-Please inform us in advance of any food allergies, intolerances, or specific dietary requirements. If not notified in advance, we decline all responsibility.
-If you will be accompanied by your children, please indicate this in the appropriate field when booking, or contact us in order to better organize your visit. The tastings are dedicated to adults, as it is not allowed to serve alcohol to minors under the age of 18.
-Animals: the Winery is a workplace and production site and unfortunately cannot accommodate your pets. Your pets are welcome in all other areas. However, we reserve the right to assess onsite, depending on the circumstances, whether your pets may be allowed in our tasting room, taking into account the comfort of other guests (such as any phobias, incidents of aggression, or poor hygiene conditions, etc.).
General conditions for modification or cancellation of a guided tour booking:
-Changes must be communicated in writing within 48 hours of the date of the visit, providing name, surname and booking code. In case of a reduction in the number of attendees or a change in the type of tasting, if communicated within the specified time frame, the corresponding amount will be refunded directly to the credit card used. Otherwise, Le Volpere di De Rosso Luca e Matteo will retain the amount due. In the case of an increase in the number of attendees or a change in the type of tasting, the booking must be reconfirmed by Le Volpere di De Rosso Luca e Matteo.
-Cancellation of a booking must be communicated in writing (via email at visit@levolpere.it) and received within 48 hours of the visit date, including the name, surname, and booking code. If communicated within the specified time frame, the corresponding amount will be refunded according to the method chosen by the customer. Otherwise, Le Volpere di De Rosso Luca e Matteo will retain the full amount.
– Le Volpere di De Rosso Luca e Matteo reserves the right to change the location, date, and time of the event, or to cancel it at any time due to force majeure and/or circumstances beyond its control (including, but not limited to, weather conditions that prevent the event from being held, etc.). Participants are entitled to a full refund of the ticket via the same payment method used for the purchase, either if the event is cancelled or if the changes to the location, date, or time prevent the participant from attending the visit and tasting.
General rules of conduct for visitors:
-Visitors are kindly requested to arrive 10 minutes before the start of the tour. In case of lateness, unfortunately, it will not be possible to guarantee participation in the visit.
-The tour time is fixed and non-negotiable, in order to respect the reservation of the rest of the participating group, unless otherwise agreed by the undersigned based on availability.
-Entrance to the premises of the plant is allowed only if accompanied by authorized personnel.
-Children must always go hand in hand with an adult during the visit, and parents are responsible for supervising them.
-All visitors are kindly requested to follow the instructions of their guides at all times. In particular, it is necessary to:
o pay the utmost attention to any moving vehicles
o In the event of an emergency (fire, natural disaster), keep calm, do not leave the person accompanying you, and follow the instructions provided by the guide o during the visit, follow the instructions of the staff in charge; access to the premises not included in the visit and specifically indicated is forbidden.
o pay attention to the signs posted throughout the building that highlight potential hazards.

The data will be processed using computer systems, ensuring security and confidentiality. The provision of your personal data is optional. We inform you that filling in the fields marked with an asterisk is required in order for us to respond appropriately and manage all activities related to the online booking process for the winery visit. Without this information, Le Volpere di De Rosso Luca e Matteo would be unable to proceed with processing the booking.
Your personal data will be made accessible to staff within Le Volpere di De Rosso Luca e Matteo who are authorized to process it due to their role or duties, as well as to any personnel appointed for occasional maintenance operations.
